We welcome Mark Tobey as the new Dietary Operations Manager for Marguerite’s House. He and his team have been putting out fabulous meals for our residents with a special menu this week as we celebrate National Assisted Living Week.
Mark has been in the food service industry for almost 30 years. Before moving to Methuen in 2015, Mark lived in the Boston area working in a few French restaurants before finally starting work in Assisted Living in 2005. He has 3 children, a girl and 2 boys, as well as a 9 year old chocolate Lab named Sammi.
