Alzheimer’s Early Detection Alliance
Mary Immaculate has made a strong commitment to our community by joining the Alzheimer’s Early Detection Alliance (AEDA), a group of corporations, nonprofits and government entities determined to make a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. Under the leadership of the Alzheimer’s Association, this alliance works to educate people nationwide about the warning signs of Alzheimer’s disease and the importance of early detection.
As many as 5.3 million Americans are currently living with Alzheimer’s, and that number includes friends, family, co-workers and clients in our own backyard. Our membership in the AEDA gives us the tools to educate those around us about this devastating disease.
