LSW: MI ADH:
Mary Immaculate Health Care is currently seeking to hire a licensed social worker for the MI Adult Day Health Program. Responsible for assisting our clients with personal, social and family adjustments. Position is a float position, includes 20+ hours/week at our bi-lingual/bi-cultural Adult Day Health Center.
Minimum requires: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field and LSW in the state of Massachusetts.
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Payroll Specialist:
Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the processing of a weekly payroll, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports and voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments, preparing accounting transactions and documents and preparing special reports for managment and other responsibilities and duties as required. The qualified Payroll Specialist will preferably hold a Bachelor's degree; 3-5+ years of previous experience in a relevant role; superior communication, problem-solving, multitasking and analytical thinking skills; you must be detail-oriented and proactive with excellent judgment and the ability to handle highly confidential information. Previous payroll processing experience with Paychex and/or ADP a must. CPP designation preferred.

Paul Sharrock
Employee
of the Month
Paul Sharrock is the January Employee of the Month. Paul has worked as the Resident Service Coordinator for Marguerite’s House Assisted Living since December, 2010. He lives the 3C’s of compassion, competence, and collaboration both at MI and in his work with the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul. Paul’s smile is contagious and his mere presence cheers our residents.
Paul is the founder of the “Men’s Group” that has overflowed from Marguerite’s House into the independent housing. The group has volunteered to visit residents in the Nursing Home, donated turkey dinners to Lazarus House, and plans on more charitable work. The guys have fun too, and have toured Boston with a retired Tour Guide and recently had lunch and a tour of the Budweiser Brewery. Paul coordinates all of this while also doing his Resident Service Coordinator job.
Paul loves our residents and they, in turn, love him. Congratulations, Paul!
